Monterez Golf & Country Club, Shah Alam – Bungalow
Selling Price : RM 3.5 mil (nego)
That bungalow cost 3.5k without furniture and it looks like a small tiny house compared to the one below. (not to mention the one below got swimming pool and fully furnished!) I dunno much abt hs pricing etc but i don' t think the hs below is rm 3.5k lor considering the land size and the look of it. wadya think?
