Today there is a new student joining my class. I didn't really like that kid that much at 1st because his eyes look cunning and he talks very rudely for his age (9 yrs). He went online and searched for obscene pictures and he even say that 1 race (will not say out which race) should "die" when the other teacher was of that particular race. and during the class, he quarrelled with other students. I think he came from a very wealthy family and its very sad that his upbringing, i see, may be strongly influenced from home. I reached my boiling point when he said something to me. I was checking his work, and i told him it was wrong, he said he wanted to kill me. I then told him not to talk rudely to me as Im his teacher. u know what the kid said? " Dont bull, u're just here as a temporary teacher for the money". OMFG. I was very very pissed. It obviously cant be the money cos the pay is low and my parents giv me 10x more. but it was the passion of teaching and learning but its kids like this that make me lose my passion. feel like slapping the kid. and so i remained calm and told him "im here to educate u and so do ur work properly".

and when someone came to fetch him, he left that poor old man waiting outside for a long time. the other teacher told him tht person is looking for him, and he just ignore. lastly, he just said " duh thts my driver only".

really, i swear to god, if one day i have children and they speak such ways, i will slap my kid. the upbringing is very very important to know how hard it was for someone to earn something, to be nice to others, to count our blessings and always to do more charity for others.
